TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE
Grace Fragrances has created quality, generic fragrances of well-loved signature scents. Grace Fragrances uses imported oils in our fragrance range that are not tested on animals. The use of branded designer names is not intended to infringe on the designer's trademark or manufacturer's name but to only give the consumer an idea of or the similar scent of a fragrance and not to mislead anyone. Grace Fragrances do not purport to be the original fragrances and are an inspiration for generic scents.
By visiting the Grace Fragrances website or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms of service apply to all visitors and users of the website. Please read these terms of service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of this website and ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms of service which are available to clients within the United Kingdom. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you are at least 18 years old; you are resident in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales and you are accessing our site from the United Kingdom.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Grace Fragrances Limited is a business in the beauty and cosmetic industry that manufactures and supplies generic fragrances. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
A CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND GRACE FRAGRANCES
After placing an online order, you will receive an e-mail from Grace Fragrances acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to Grace Fragrances to purchase one of our products. All orders are subject to acceptance, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an e-mail confirming the product has been dispatched. The contract between Grace Fragrances and you will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding any applicable delivery charges. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Grace Fragrances. We will refund any money received from you via checkout using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Order Confirmations are sent by Grace Fragrances upon receiving an only order. On submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, with payment made through the secure payment gateway servers, you will receive two e-mails. An 'Order Confirmation' from us and a 'Transaction Authorized' receipt from the payment gateway. 'If there is a pricing error, we reserve the right to suspend your order until confirmation that you are happy to go ahead at the correct price.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchasing of our products on our website, any dispute or claim arising out of these contracts or in connection with them or their subject matter will be governed by English Law. Any dispute or claim arising out of these contracts or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and you hereby agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
DELIVERY POLICY
On successful receipt of your order payment and subject to availability, requests will be processed within 1-4 working days and delivered by way of The Royal Mail. Delivery takes on average between 2-5 working days depending on area accessibility and our set rates are clearly shown at checkout. We currently do not offer international shipping. We only dispatch our products by Royal Mail & tracked to ensure that items are handled carefully. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
The provision of goods and services by Grace Fragrances is subject to availability. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy. In cases of unavailability, Grace Fragrances will notify you as soon as possible and refund the client in full within 30 days. Should you the customer have cancelled the.
Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place order. Customers have the right to return their order within seven working days of receiving their goods. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order, the product costs only will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of returned goods as we do not refund postal charges. As far as is reasonably possible all products featured on the web site are in stock and available at the time of ordering. If Grace Fragrances has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will refund the cost of the unavailable goods. Grace Fragrances will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used, postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon receipt, photographic evidence may be required to support a claim. If you receive a parcel that looks like it has been damaged or tampered with then refuse this as we cannot to be held responsible for any missing or damaged products.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
Grace Fragrances shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal data information of users. We do not sell to anyone our database of customers and information contained on customers remains confidential to the company. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
Due to the new data privacy requirement any information we have on you about ordering or concepts are only used by us for accounting methods and to be able to full-fill orders and will not be passed onto any other organization other than the government HRMC & our accountant for accounting reasons only. PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard and all pricing includes VAT. We accept all major credit, debit cards, and use a secure payment system. Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Grace Fragrances reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied. Please when entering your Billing address make sure it is the same details that your card supplier sends it to, you may have moved and not updated your account so please do so.
CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption systems. They are not held in clear text on our web site.
CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS

MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is the United Kingdom. Transaction currency is in Great British Pounds (GBP).
RESPONSIBILITY
Grace Fragrances takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately by e-mail. All complaints will be normally acknowledged within one working day excluding weekends and holiday breaks. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively, and confidentially. These complaints will be concluded within seven working days. These terms and conditions do not affect your B2B consumer's statutory rights.
EVENTS OUT OF OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). This includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:
Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or another natural disaster; the impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; the impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
This website is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and Grace Fragrances chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
VARIATION
Grace Fragrances may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments to these terms and conditions will be posted online.
